  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & grease.
  3. Slice butternut squash into 1/2" thick slices (skin on).
  4. Place on parchment sheet lined cooking sheet.
  5. Soften Mrs. Ruth's Apple Pecan Jam in microwave.
  6. Brush melted jam over squash slices.  
  7. Bake in 400-degree oven until golden brown.  Insert fork to check for doneness.
