Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash
- 1/2 cup Mrs. Ruth's Apple Pecan Jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & grease.
- Slice butternut squash into 1/2" thick slices (skin on).
- Place on parchment sheet lined cooking sheet.
- Soften Mrs. Ruth's Apple Pecan Jam in microwave.
- Brush melted jam over squash slices.
- Bake in 400-degree oven until golden brown. Insert fork to check for doneness.
